Learn the 5 basic principles of Pilates, a brief history of the format, how to engage your core, and how to articulate your spine. Also learn how to keep your spine and neck safe.
Although you should come in appropriate work-out attire, don't expect a work-out when attending any of the "Intro to...." classes. These are designed to provide information on the specific formats and some practice.
