Reformer for Tri-Athletes (Members Only)

Sign-up at the front desk for this FREE 45 minute class on the Pilates reformer. This is an introduction to exercises and movements focusing on the needs of the tri-athlete.

Class limited to six participants; members only. Please arrive to class room 10 minutes before the start of class. If you're late, and there is a waiting list, your spot may be given away.

Bare feet or socks with sticky bottoms required.

Yin Yoga

This quiet non-flow class is a series of passive, long-holding postures. Yin postures require the muscles to relax around the connective tissue, which enables a deeper release to ligaments and fascia while helping to lubricate and open joints. Each posture is held for 3-5 minutes to fully release tension through the mind and body.
