Refine Your Pilates Technique

In this four-week lecture/practice workshop you will learn the Pilates principles, and have an in-depth discussion of some of the Pilates movement principles. Learn how to apply these concepts to fine-tune your alignment and control so you can take your practice to the next level.

Discussion and practice skills covered:
alignment and posture
how to align YOUR body
How to find Your neutral
Pilates principles
Pilates movement principles
muscles that comprise the core
stabilizing and protecting the shoulder
use of foam rollers
how to know when you've done enough
basic modifications for injuries or mobility issues

$40.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members
