Where to start with cardio?

Cardio is one of the 3 basic components of a balanced fitness program. But what is cardio anyway? How can you do "more cardio", why is it good for you, and especially: how do you train effectively?

In this 90 minute hands-on workshop, you will learn about your body's energy systems, and how to utilize and train all of them effectively. Learn why a strong cardio vascular system can help you lose weight, live longer, and be fit!
