CARDIO CIRCUIT CHALLENGE

Join Katie for a challenging work-out this evening. 30 minutes of Spinning, 30 minutes of cardio drills in the gym, and 15 minutes of stretching. This class will be taught at an intermediate/advanced level; however, you are welcome to adjust and modify as needed.

Limited to 29 participants in the Spinning room.
