Description: Move mindfully through a sequence of classic yoga postures with attention given to optimal alignment & yogic breathing. Build strength, flexibility, focus & inner peace. Students are encouraged modify their practice to meet their individual needs for more or less challenge in each posture. Level 1-2 class.
