Tai Chi Level 2

Description: THIS IS A LEVEL 2 CLASS for participants who already know the 30 movement sequence.

Tai Chi is a martial art with slow, synchronized movements performed in a continuous form. 30 movement short form and the self-defense applications of those movements. Reduce stress and improve your concentration, energy levels and body awareness through this low impact exercise.

Classes held outside weather permitting. A note will be left on the classroom door.
