Description: This class will focus on the exercises created by Joseph Pilates over 80 years ago: core, abdominal, and back strength; full body flexibility; posture, and body awareness through controlled breathing and proper alignment. This class is open to all ability levels as most exercises can be modified to be more or less difficult. Level 1-2
