Arthritis Aquatics - Paid Class
| Description: | The Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program is a recreational group exercise program designed to imporve range of motion, muscle strength and endurance. Members must have a full assessment before registering for this class. There are no drop ins allowed for this class. Please see our Transitional Care coordinator, Jennifer Wilds, to determine if this class may benefit you. Cost: $35 per month for members and $60 for non-memebrs. Monthly fee includes all arthritis classes offered. |
