At the Health & Fitness Center (THFC) a variety of group exercise class offerings are available. Members do not have to sign up in advance for classes. All classes are drop-in and included in your membership! Some classes may have a maximum number of participants, so come prior to class.
THFC has separate aerobic, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios to provide many options.
We are currently offering approximately 25 classes per week. A ramp up of classes will occur based on member feedback for types of classes and the times offered. Within the first several months, offerings will gradually increase to approximately 60 classes per week.
Types of classes
A variety of offerings are available to meet your individual needs. Classes include but are not limited to:
- Low impact aerobics
- Step and tone classes
- High energy aerobics such as Cardio Kick
- Circuit training
- Pilates
- Yoga (beginning and more advanced classes)
- Group cycling – 30 cycles available for each class
- Arthritis classes
- Aquatic classes – held in both warm water pool and the lap pool
Class Schedule
Our online class schedule lists the name of the class, time the class begins and ends, description of the class, the instructor’s name and the location of the class. As the group exercise schedule grows in size, we will update the schedule on the web site and at the center for your convenience.
