Classes and Programs
At the Health & Fitness Center a variety of group exercise and health education class offerings are available. Members do not have to sign up in advance for group exercise classes. All group exercise classes are drop-in and included in your membership. Some may have a maximum number of participants, so come prior to class.
THFC has separate yoga, Pilates, multi-fitness and cycling studios to provide many options.
Types of classes
Classes include but are not limited to:
- Low impact aerobics
- Step and tone classes
- High energy aerobics such as Cardio Kick
- Circuit training
- Pilates
- Yoga (beginning and more advanced classes)
- Group cycling - 29 cycles available for each class
- Aquatic classes - held in both warm water pool and the lap pool
Class Schedule
Our online class schedule lists the name of the class; time the class begins and ends, description of the class, the instructor's name and the location of the class.
THFC Group Exercise Instructors
All of our instructors hold certifications from organizations such as the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Mad Dogg Athletics (Spinning ®) and the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA). Our primary goal is to make sure each member works out safely and effectively.
