Classes and Programs
At the Health & Fitness Center a variety of group exercise class offerings are available. THFC has separate yoga, Pilates, multi-fitness and Spinning studios to provide many options. As a member you do not have to pre-register for group exercise classes as, they are available on a drop-in basis and are included in your membership.
Types of classes
Classes include but are not limited to:
- Low impact aerobics
- Step and tone classes
- Cardio Kickboxing
- Circuit training
- Pilates Reformer **
- Yoga (beginning and more advanced classes)
- Group cycling - 29 cycles available for each class
- Aquatic classes - held in both warm water pool and the lap pool
- Swim lessons **

THFC Group Exercise Instructors
All of our instructors hold certifications from Nationally Accredited organizations such as the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Mad Dogg Athletics (Spinning ®) and the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA).
These unique Fitness programs are for individuals transitioning from or managing a medical condition.
