Pilates Reformer

The reformer is a modern adaptation of the original bed and bed-springs model that Joseph Pilates used with bed-ridden soldiers during WWI. The reformer offers great versatility in stretching and strengthening movements.

You will sit, kneel, lie, or stand on a carriage that moves under tension created by springs. The control required to move the carriage allows the adaptive exercises to be as challenging as desired.
