The Health & Fitness Center at WCC is an environmentally-friendly facility - recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council being LEED certified to the Gold level. We offer more than 70 fitness classes, as well health education seminars and nutritional instruction. We place a priority on personalized service - our team of degreed and certified fitness specialists, dietitians and health educators work with our members to develop a personalized fitness program that helps them achieve the benefits of exercise including:

- Spacious locker rooms with separate women's and men's whirlpool*, steam, sauna and massage rooms, complimentary towel service, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing lotion, shaving cream and hair dryers.
- Lockers that are digitally controlled so you can select your own locker and codes for entry, eliminating the need for keys while improving security.
Our staff provides:
- Private personal training
- Comprehensive group exercise scheduling including yoga, Pilates, cycling, strengthening and conditioning classes and aquatics - at no additional charge
- Swim lessons
- Nutritional counseling
- Massage therapy
*All aquatic bodies of water use a salt water system.
Kids in Motion
Members can enroll their children in Kids in Motion, and for a small fee, he or she will have fun learning in a safe, secure environment while you use The Center.
Primo Fitness Café
The Fitness Café provides a variety of salads, sandwiches, and beverages. Members enjoy healthy fare in a relaxing, Wi-Fi enabled seating area.
Logo Shop with Tortoise and Hare Running and Fitness
The Health & Fitness Center is pleased to offer the services and products of the well-known Tortoise and Hare Running and Fitness store.
