Find out which stats are most important on your wearables:
Heart Rate
The most important metric on your fitness track is heart rate because it guides your intensity, output and recovery. While engaging in an aerobic workout, it’s important to track your heart rate to avoid overexertion. Analyzing your heart rate metrics before, during and after an interval routine will paint a picture of your fitness level—how fast your heart can return to its baseline.
Steps
Keeping a record of how many steps you’re taking per day is a great way to increase your daily activity level. Your fitness tracker’s steps metric will also remind you when you’re aren’t meeting the recommended guideline of 10,000 steps a day.
