Find out why group heart rate training is all the rage:
Monitor Your Efforts
Group heart rate training is usually projected onto a fitness studio screen, so you can see what specific heart rate zone you fall in compared to others. This allows you and your instructor to monitor how much energy is being exerted during class.
There’s No Hiding
Most people tend to overestimate the effort they are putting in; heart rate monitoring systems like Myzone® provide an objective way to interpret what “working hard” means and provide a reliable way to track rest periods.
