Your workout doesn’t have to be limited to the fitness floor. Add variety to your fitness routine by including water workouts. Water workouts are fun and can give you great results:
Build Muscle and Increase Your Stamina
Water resistance training is a great option for a full-body workout. Over time you’ll tone your body and add definition while increasing your stamina.
Improve Your Flexibility and Rehab Injuries
Working against the water’s resistance helps reduce stiffness and soreness while providing pain relief. Since water workouts are low impact, fitness routines are easier on the joints and can help accelerate your recovery.
Increase Endorphins and Reduce Stress
Water workouts release the same feel-good hormones called endorphins as land workouts. For many, being near the water can be very relaxing and less intimidating than equipment on the fitness floor.
