Drinking water is important for your health and fitness needs. Water not only improves your health, but removes toxins from your body. To give your water an extra boost of flavor, try these three refreshing infused water recipes for summer.
Strawberry Mint Water
This is a quick and easy recipe to feature at your next party. Simply slice a few strawberries and add some mint leaves for a refreshing drink.
Ingredients: 6 – 8 sliced strawberries, 1 cup of mint leaves, 40 oz. of cold water, Ice.
Citrus Mint Water
Get an immunity boost and a natural detox with this flavorful mix. Add slices of grapefruit, lemons, cucumbers and mint for an attractive and healthy drink.
Ingredients: 1 sliced grapefruit, 2 sliced lemons, 2 sliced cucumbers, 1 handful of fresh mint, 64 oz. of water, Ice.
Watermelon Basil Water
Use two summer favorites to create a fresh tasting drink with a hint of sweetness. All you need is watermelon and basil.
Ingredients: 2 slices of watermelon cut into thirds or quarters, small handful of basil, water and ice.
