A fitness tracker can help you monitor your steps, sleep, check vital signs and more. Plus, wearable fitness trackers can motivate you toward your specific goals. Get instant rewards when you see numbers in black and white telling you how well you’re doing and what targets you’re hitting.
Beginners Tips:
Decide what you want to track
This will help you choose the right fitness tracker. If you’re only tracking steps, you can select a tracker that specializes in that only. If you want to monitor all aspects of your health, look for fitness trackers that have features to monitor several activities.
Add your physiological information to get accurate results
This includes your height, weight, gender etc.
Link your tracker to your computer or app associated with the tracker
Once you’ve entered your physiological data, an app on your phone or computer will process the data and present it to you as easy-to-understand stats.
Wear your tracker daily and connect with social communities for encouragement
Commit to wearing your tracker each day, especially during workouts to monitor your progress. Join online communities to connect with others and share your accomplishments.
