An event every week that begins at 10:45 am on Sunday, repeating indefinitely

Focuses on improving mind-body connection by providing visual feedback on the body’s alignment. The class is practiced in the Pilates room with mirrors and detailed explanations on proper alignment in various Yoga poses. Great for people new to Yoga as well as experienced practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of proper alignment and body coordination.
