Flexibility training is focused on improving and enhancing full-body flexibility & mobility using a blend of modalities based in functional & primal movement principles, yoga & dance technique, and traditional stretching methods. This class is suitable for beginners just starting their bendy journeys, while it can also be geared to the intermediate/advanced student.
