An event every week that begins at 11:15 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

This class will focus on the exercises created by Joseph Pilates over 80 years ago: core, abdominal, and back strength; full body flexibility; posture, and body awareness through controlled breathing and proper alignment. Good for beginners who want a safe and effective class experience to build a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to help you master Pilates fundamentals, so you can get the most out of your workout as you advance.
