An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Thursday, repeating indefinitely

This class will focus on the exercises created by Joseph Pilates over 80 years ago: core, abdominal, and back strength; full body flexibility; posture, and body awareness through controlled breathing and proper alignment. Continue to build your practice with more complex movements and use of equipment. Start exploring more precise and dynamic exercises. Class tempo is moderate and focuses on a steady class flow. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements are introduced, along with progressions and balance and stability challenges to give you a more demanding workout.
