What safety and sanitation precautions are you taking?

• Hand sanitizing stations placed throughout the center
• Increased disinfection of equipment and high touch areas throughout the day

Are the pools available for use?

• Our Lap Pool and Therapy Pool are open. Reservations are not required.

Are Personal Training and Massage Services available?

• Personal Training is available by appointment during regular center hours.
• Massage Therapy is available by appointment. Please contact the center for available days and times.
• Masks may be required during massage appointments at the discretion of the massage therapist.

Is Platform tennis available for use?

• The platform tennis court is available by reservation. Equipment may be checked out at the Member Services desk.

Are the Steam Rooms/Saunas/Whirlpools available?

• Steam Rooms and saunas are available in both the Men’s and Women’s locker rooms. The Men’s, Women’s and Co-ed Whirlpools are also open.

Are showers and towels available?

• All showers are open and stocked with body wash and shampoo.
• Other locker room supplies such as blow dryers, deodorant, hairspray, etc. are available.
• Towel service is being provided at this time.

Are there Group Exercise classes?

• Group exercise classes are being offered, advance registration is required. Drop-ins are allowed if space is available.
• Reservations can be made through our mobile phone app, the Member Self Service login on our website or in person at our Member Services desk.
• Check the website or mobile app for the updated group exercise class schedule.

Are Gymnasium sports available?

• The gymnasium is open for half-court basketball.

Will there be MyFitRx programming?

• MyFitRx is currently being offered. New participants may join the program at any time.

What are the hours of operation?

• Center hours are: Monday through Thursday 5 am to 9 pm, Friday 5 am – 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 6 pm.

Will the Café be open?

• The Go! Café is open. Hours of operation for the Go! Café are: Monday through Friday 7 am to 7 pm, Saturday 7 am to 5 pm, and Sunday closed.
