We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming April Wellness Week! This week is dedicated to taking care of your physical and mental health through workshops, demos, and more. This event is open to the community, and to make it easy to join us we are offering FREE day passes all week long. Non-members can stop in any day this week to request a pass and experience everything The Health & Fitness Center at Washtenaw Community College has to offer. Participate in one or all of our daily themed events for an opportunity to prioritize your overall well-being, inside and out.
Enjoy Daily Themes and Activities:
Movement – Monday, April 20
- Cycle Fishbowl (cycle drills) at 7 a.m.
- Mobility Lab and Workshop at 10:15 a.m.
- Pilates Reformer Demos from 12:30-3 p.m.
Nutrition – Tuesday, April 21
- Sample Smoothies
- Nutrition Talk at 11 a.m.
- Hydration Challenge
Mindfulness – Wednesday, April 22
- Restful Reset Yoga and Meditation at 5 p.m.
Connection – Thursday, April 23
- Game Day at 10 a.m.-1p.m. and 5-7 p.m.
Prevention – Friday, April 24
- Strong and Stable at 1:30 p.m.
- Joint Mobility at 5:30 p.m.
- Lobby table with information on MyFitRx®, balance, and Parkinson’s.
