Group Exercise Challenge 2026

Are you ready for our annual group fitness challenge? Take the next step in your workout journey this summer by staying active, being motivated, and completing group exercise classes. Participate in our THFC Group Exercise Challenge for the chance to win exciting prizes.

How It Works

  • Attend 15 group exercise classes and win a challenge t-shirt or tank top.
  • Attend 20 or more group exercise classes and win a t-shirt or tank top AND a guest pass.

THFC Group Exercise Challenge Rules

  • Each participant is limited to 2 classes per day.
  • The instructor must initial and date your workout log at the end of class.
  • Your log must be turned in to the Member Services desk by August 1.
