Devin’s Signature Sessions | Mondays, 11:00 a.m.
Our new class, Devin’s Signature Sessions, is a high-intensity small group training experience that blends strength, circuit training, mobility, and balance to support overall conditioning. Each session features creative workouts and a friendly competition that can challenge both the body and mind while maintaining a fun and encouraging atmosphere. If you are looking to try something different, Devin’s Signature Sessions may be a great fit. All fitness levels are welcome.
Dawn’s Core and More | Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m.
Explore a positive approach to movement during menopause. This workout focuses on strengthening the core and supporting your entire body with this empowering, menopause-friendly class. Participants can build balance, stability, and confidence using body weight and simple equipment. Each class concludes with a calming Zen stretch that may help ease stress, support recovery, and promote relaxation, offering a gentle way to care for your body and wind down for the evening.
Shannon’s Savage 45 | Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. | Fridays, 10:00 a.m.
Join us on Wednesdays and Fridays for a high-intensity, calorie-burning workout designed to challenge and motivate you. Savage 45 combines strength and cardio using weights, TRX®, and battle ropes to help sculpt and strengthen your body. All fitness levels are welcome.
Keith’s H.E.A.T.| Thursdays, 10:15 a.m.
We invite advanced individuals to join High Energy Activity Training, a high-intensity interval workout that combines strength, core, and muscle-focused exercises. This dynamic class is designed to work on fat loss and support overall conditioning. Come prepared to work hard, sweat, and push your limits.
