Seasonal Spotlight: Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy Series Spotlight

Members have been loving sound therapy sessions at the center! Our Sound Therapy Winter Series has followed different stages of the moon, including the Wolf Moon, Snow Moon and Worm Moon.

When the moon is directly opposite the sun, it reaches its fullest illumination. Mythologically, the full moon has been viewed as a potent time to experience clarity and balance, especially when gathered in community.

Benefits of sound therapy.

Sound therapy allows participants to experience the health benefits of ancient, evidence-based sound and vibration medicine, intensified by the energy of the full moon. This therapeutic event incorporates the use of quartz crystal singing bowls with traditional instruments to induce deep mental and physical relaxation and harmony. These soothing vibrations are also known for their ability to enhance cellular healing and help you gain a deep sense of peace. “It was very peaceful, and the energy in the room was nice,” one participant of the Winter Series says.

Experience it for yourself!

The fourth and final session of this series will be held on Tuesday, April 15, during the Pink Moon. Members can register for $10, and non-members can register for $15.
