Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just looking for a fun and supportive environment to get moving, Women’s Weekend is the perfect event for you. New members who join this weekend will receive $0 initiation.

Yoga for the Feminine with Chrissie
A nurturing practice focused on awakening the energy of the sacral chakra, the center of creativity, joy, and emotional well-being. This gentle class is designed to help women reconnect with their inner flow through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided meditation. Perfect for level 1-2 yogis, it’s an invitation to embrace your feminine energy and cultivate balance, vitality, and self-expression.

The Nutritional Advantage of Giving Thanks with Good Food and Good Friends with Constance Henderson, PhD
As the holidays approach, we are often confronted with added stress. When holiday stress is added to our already busy lives, it can exacerbate chronic stress. There is more and more science on how chronic stress can negatively affect our health. The good news is, there are ways to bring down that stress reaction and get back in balance. Giving thanks is one of them. Combine this with good food and good friends and family, and we have a strategy for making the holidays filled with grace, improved health, and good memories!

Yoga Nidra with Laurie D.
Yoga Nidra is the art and science of deep relaxation and healing. This practice feels like an extended savasana practice, which has the added benefit of being able to help you release physical and mental tension and access a state of the deepest rest. We quiet the body and mind to move to this state of deeper rest and come out of it feeling refreshed.
