A unique combination of ballet-inspired total body work, low-weight resistance training and bodyweight exercises make for an intense yet low impact toning workout. Moves are done on the mat and at the barre. No previous ballet experience necessary!

Zumba Gold® with Krysta
Zumba® combines Latin and international music and dance to create a dynamic calorie-burning form of workout for people of all fitness levels and age groups. Zumba Gold is a slower, simpler, with less impact for the less mobile individual. All levels welcome.

4 Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention with Laurie D.
Learn how to protect and care for yourself and your loved ones through an integrated approach based on the 4 Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention: Healthy Diet, Exercise and Brain Aerobics, Yoga and Stress Relief, and Meditation for Peace of Mind. Women are significantly more likely than men to develop Alzheimer’s—discover proven ways to help prevent or slow its progression.
