Feeling off-kilter? You’re not alone. Hormonal imbalances can affect everyone, causing a wide range of symptoms from fatigue and mood swings to sleep problems and weight gain. But there’s good news! Yoga can be a powerful tool to help you regain control and feel your best. Join Becky and take a dive into how yoga improves our hormonal balance with a spotlight on diabetes.

Becky Bail is a Registered Nurse, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Healing Touch Practitioner who works with chronic pain patients using Healing Touch, yoga, meditation, imagery and breathwork to manage chronic pain and stress.
