  • Essential mobility and strengthening exercises to help support healthier hips and shoulders.
  • How to integrate trunk training and posture awareness into workouts and daily life.

About the Speaker

Megan Hummert is a strength and nutrition coach who has worked in the industry for almost nine years. She has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. She got her start as a personal trainer at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she later graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Since then, she’s worked in a variety of gym and remote settings, providing personal training, strength coaching, and nutrition coaching. She’s also spent time shadowing and volunteering with physical therapists, which fueled her passion for helping individuals move and feel their best. Megan is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a certified functional strength coach and nutrition and health coach.
