Group swim classes for learn to swim, learn to swim better and learn to swim faster!
This is for you if you are able to swim more than 25 to 50 yards at a time & understand basic swim strokes but would like to practice a full swim workout under the guidance of a coach.
Class is held in Lanes 3, 4 & 5 of Lap Pool
