Pilates is different. It’s not CrossFit. It’s not a work-till-you-drop class. It’s unique in its approach, what it offers, and what you can achieve. Pilates is functional fitness. It’s the work-out for everybody!
In Pilates class you’ll discover and correct muscle imbalances, muscle tightness, muscles weakness. You’ll rediscover full range of motion and functional movement patterns easing or eliminating chronic pain. You’ll strengthen and stretch; mobilize and stabilize; separate and integrate. This is the work-out you do when you realize you don’t need to be sore for days to build strength. You no longer need to beat up your body to have the body you want.
Whether on the mat or the equipment, a private Pilates class will be designed just for you. To correct your imbalances, your weaknesses, your movement patterns. Want to run a faster pace? Want to climb a mountain? Want to shave strokes off your golf game? Want a more powerful swing in tennis? We can help you.

Maximum of six people in each class. Three different levels to choose from; two different types of classes. There’s something for everyone here.
All our trainers have completed a 500-hour PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) accepted training program so you can be confident you’re in capable hands.
