Low impact water fitness class in the WARM THERAPY pool. Open to all levels but has slower movements with less resistance. This class does require payment and registration.

A deep water aerobics workout in the Lap Pool focusing on balance, strength and cardio. Do it all with aqua jog belts! Limit 10 per class.
Come stay cool in the water while getting a great workout. This class uses intervals to elevate heart rate using both aerobic and anaerobic heart rate zones. Increase endurance and strength- it’s a fast and furious workout! This class is in the Lap Pool
