Yin is a relaxed, passive style of yoga that involves holding poses, or asanas in Sanskrit, for longer durations and increasing your inner awareness. This includes paying attention to your breath, thoughts, and body sensations. All levels welcome.
Body Combat is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu. release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
This class is filled with various levels of cycling structured to build your endurance and strength.
Using resistance bands and weight plates as well as bodyweight exercises, Les Mills Core helps you build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. Plus, there are some hip, glutes, and lower back exercises too. All Levels.

Come stay cool in the water while getting a great workout. This class uses intervals to elevate heart rate using both aerobic and anaerobic heart rate zones. Increase endurance and strength- it’s a fast and furious workout! Class takes place in the Lap Pool

Ai Chi is a slow and meditative class held in the warm pool. Gain core strength, mindfulness and balance while enjoying the warm water of our smaller pool.
Chair exercise is a great option for people who want to exercise while seated in a chair. Keep joints flexible, build strength, and work on balance and core control to decrease chance of falls.
