An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Thursday, repeating indefinitely

This class will focus on the exercises created by Joseph Pilates over 80 years ago:  core, abdominal, and back strength; full body flexibility; posture, and body awareness through controlled breathing and proper alignment.

Level 1: beginners, Level 1.5: advanced beginner, Level 2: intermediate
