Get stronger and improve how you move with Mobility Foundations. A slow, breath-coordinated flow that will focus on alignment, stability, core strength, and joint health for improved body control and flexibility using Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs). All levels.
A group class uses a barre as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training focusing on proper body alignment. Incorporating light weights, resistance bands and sliding discs creating a blend of cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body, low impact workout.
Aquatic interval workout. Challenge yourself to work harder by adding interval training to your next aqua class! Work at your own level! All levels welcome. This class takes place in the lap pool.
