This year, we’re celebrating women’s health and fitness with three days of workshops, classes, and more. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just looking for a fun and supportive environment to get moving, Women’s Weekend is the perfect event for you. New members who join this weekend will receive $0 initiation.
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. – LES MILLS™ SPRINT™ (Registration required*)
Join Mel for a pop-up LES MILLS™ SPRINT™ cycling class. This high-intensity workout is sure to get your heart rate up and your adrenaline pumping.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2023 at 12:00-1:00 p.m. – Beginner Alignment Yoga with Becky Bail (Registration required*)
A beginner hatha yoga class focused on mindful body alignment with simple postures and breath work for a total mind, body, spirit practice.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2023 • 3:00-4:00 p.m. – Yoga Nidra with Laurie (Registration required*)
Yoga Nidra is the art and science of deep relaxation and healing. This practice feels like an extended savasana practice, which has the added benefit of being able to help you release physical and mental tension and access a state of the deepest rest. Part of the beauty of Yoga Nidra is it is a practice that is easily accessible – all you need to do is give yourself the time to lie down and enjoy! We quiet the body and mind to move to this state of deeper rest, and come out of it feeling refreshed.
Experience days of workshops, classes, and more with ladies in your community. Guests may use the center for FREE all weekend. So come join us for a celebration of women’s health and fitness!
