Lind Babcock was on the faculty at Washtenaw Community College (WCC) when the The Health & Fitness Center first opened in September 2007. She joined because she thought it would be a good idea to get some exercise—and the location across the street was certainly convenient.
Keep active each day by adding these simple activities to your daily routine.
– Take the stairs whenever you can
– Hand wash your car
– Ride your bike to work
– Take a dance class
– Work on your garden
Jeanne Christie joined The Health and Fitness Center when it first opened. She worked next door at St. Joseph Hospital and felt it would be a good place to stop on her way home from work.
