World Arthritis Day is on Thursday, October 12. Exercise can help to reduce joint pain and stiffness, improve range of motion, and strengthen the muscles around the joints. This can help to improve your overall function and quality of life. It is important to choose exercises that are low-impact and easy on your joints.
Here are some examples of low-impact workouts that are ideal for people with arthritis:
