National Massage Therapy Awareness Week® is a week-long event that is celebrated each year to promote the benefits of massage therapy. The event is typically held in October and is sponsored by the American Massage Therapy Association. The goal of National Massage Therapy Awareness Week® is to educate the public about the benefits of massage therapy and to encourage people to try massage therapy for themselves.
Massage therapy can be a beneficial addition to your exercise routine and can help you to improve your overall health and fitness.
