Peanut Butter – Natural peanut butter is a good source of protein and healthy fats. Add fruit, celery, crackers and more for a quick and easy snack option.
Fruit Smoothie – This fun treat is full of nutrients. Use nonfat vanilla yogurt, 100 percent orange juice, and a banana as the smoothie’s base, then experiment with a combination of cut-up fresh or frozen fruit.
Yogurt – A good source of calcium, low-fat yogurt topped with fruit and granola is tasty and fun.
